Trip Itinerary: Ha Noi – Ha Giang city – Quan Ba – Lung Cu – Dong Van Town – Ma Pi Leng Pass – Nho Que River – Meo Vac – Ha Noi.
ITINERARY:
Night 01: Ha Noi – Ha Giang City (350 Km – overnight on the cabin bus)
19h30: Pick up at Ha Noi Old Quarter.
(Note: for those coming from Sapa town, pick-up time is at 19h00)
21h00: Departure from Ha Noi Old Quarter.
22h00: Pick up at Noi Bai airport.
23h30: Bus stops at the rest stop.
03h30: The bus will drop you at our office in Ha Giang City. Here we provide a free room for you to rest a few hours before your trip begins.
Days 01: Ha Giang City – Lung Cu – Dong Van Town (175 km: B /L/ D)
07h30: Enjoy breakfast.
08h00: The tour guide will pick you up and you’ll meet the group. Immediately after, we’ll embark on a sightseeing trip around the Ha Giang Loop:

Km0 square. This marks the center of Ha Giang and serves as the starting point of the Happiness Road, a 175 km route from the city to Dong Van town.

Bac Sum Pass – This is the first slope welcoming you to the “Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark’’. At this point, we will simply drive through.

Heaven’s Gate Quan Ba – Stop to capture the picturesque view of the Nui Doi twin mountains at the top of the slope.

Can Ty Pass – Reaching an altitude of 1000- 1200 meters above sea level, marvel at the breathtaking and majestic scenery.
12h00: Enjoy a lunch of local local food at Yen Minh small town before continuing the trip:

Tham Ma pass – Stop at the summit of the slope to enjoy the stunning landscape. To reach this point, you’ll traverse 9 interesting passages.

Visit Sung La valley and Lung Cam – Explore this small village with classic Hmong houses.

Lung Cu flag pole – Here, you will find the beautiful Lo Lo Chai village situated at the foot of Long Son Mountain. It is the home of the Lo Lo ethnic group people and the village boasts unique houses and friendly residents. You’ll have 15 – 20 minutes to walk around here.
18h00: Arrive in Dong Van town and check into the hotel (or homestay).

Dong Van district marks the starting point of Vietnam, sharing a border stretching hunderds of kilometers with China. The population mainly comprises various ethnic minorities, including Hmong, Tay, Nung, Lo Lo, Co Lao, San Chi, San Diu... among others, with Hmong with being the predominant group (about 70%).
19h00: Enjoy dinner at the Old Quarter. Afterward, you can take a stroll and explore.
Days 02: Dong Van – Meo Vac – Ha Giang City – Ha Noi. (480km: B/ L)
07h00: Enjoy breakfast at local market and a cup of coffee. After that, we’ll drive on the road known as “Happiness”
(On Sunday mornings, you have the opportunities to visit the local market of ethnic people in Dong Van town)
08h00: Ma Pi Leng Pass – At an altitude of over 1200 meters above sea level, offering a beautiful mountain view with the Nho Que river below.
09h30: Enjoy a sightseeing stop at Panorama Coffee to take in the view of the Nho Que river, then head to Meo Vac town.

Meo Vac town – Meo Vac is a highland district adjacent to the China border. The district has a sparse population and is predominated inhabited by the Hmong people, accounting for about 70% of the population. The Hmong people have the custom of living in the high and dangerous mountain ranges.
(on Sunday mornings, they gather to trade and meet at Meo Vac town market)
11h00: Visit Hmong King’s palace – In the past, this was the residence of the most powerful Hmong people and was considered their palace at that time, designed in a unique Chinese style.
13h00: Have lunch at Yen Minh town.
16h00: Arrive at Ha Giang city office for relaxation with a welcome drink and a complimentary shower. Then, wait for the bus to pick you up for the return trip to HaNoi or SaPa…
+ OPT 1: Ha Giang - Ha Noi.
21h00: The Sleeping bus pick up come back to Ha Noi.
+ OPT 2: Ha Giang – Sapa.
19h00: The Sleeping Bus pick up go to SaPa.
